This role coordinates volunteers, media needs, guest speakers, conferences, and church-wide events while supporting pastoral leadership and ministry teams. Student Pastor/Director
Goldsboro Worship Center is seeking a passionate leader to oversee and develop our middle and high school student ministry. This role includes preaching and discipleship, leading small groups and volunteers, coordinating weekly services and worship, communicating with students and parents, and planning student events, trips, conferences and other assigned tasks by the Senior Pastoral leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong walk with Christ, a heart for students, and the ability to lead teams with excellence and vision.
