We want to do our best to provide resources to help make this transition into volunteering as easy as possible. Check out the various resources below that we encourage for all of our team members as well as ministry specific resources for the team you signed up to serve with.
Planning Center Tutorials
Our church uses an app called Planning Center throughout our ministry for various things including our kid check system, mobile giving, small groups and more. Below are various tutorial videos to help you make the most of the various apps within the planning center family. The two main apps we encourage you to download are Planning Center Services and another app called Church Center. Both are available as a free download on the apple app store and google play store for iPhone or Android devices.
Planning Center Services is the app we use to schedule and communicate with our volunteers. You can access the order of service, see other team members serving for that day and access various files associated with the service you are scheduled for. This mainly helps with our musicians and singers as they can access youtube videos of songs as well as chord charts and more.
Church Center is the hub of our church. Through Church Center you can register for events, sign up for small groups, give and much more. This app helps you stay up to date with everything going on in the church.
